Why not share what we know and what works for us when it comes to reducing stress? We all have it and we all want less of it!
Tip for the Week
My mother always says: "Take a nice, warm bath."
A hot bath for 15 minutes can actually suppress one's blood pressure for several hours. Taking a hot bath just prior to bedtime can help the body retain lower blood pressure for hours or even the entire night.
So the next time you feel stress beyond control, take a few minutes for yourself in "a nice, warm bath."

Tip for the Week
Laugh and smile often.
Did you know that laughter reduces the level of stress hormones and increases the level of health-enhancing hormones? Laughter also increases the number of antibody-producing cells and enhances the effectiveness of T cells. All this means a stronger immune system, as well as fewer physical effects of stress.
